I love that these guy aren’t feeding into the BR media frenzy trying to make this the Super Bowl again. They do this every year.

K’Lavon Chaisson:

“It’s the truth. They put their pants on the way we put our pants on. They put their cleats on the way we put ours on. It’s big for you guys (media) but I’m not trying to blow it out of proportion. It’s a regular game.”

They all know how big this game is. The players and coaches want to win this more than any other game.

This is the mentality I have been wanting.

Another reason I’m glad it’s not a night game.

Words are just that. I hope they're actually treating it that way.

Its just the next game on the schedule. Go 1-0.

I fully believe the struggles have become largely mental. They poison themselves with 2 weeks of hype, put the weight of the entire season on this game and play tight as hell.

That's the exact type of mentality you want. Don't overthink the game. Go out there and do what you've done all season.

Your play will do all the talking for you.

Its good to treat this game as a "BIG game" but not overhype it into "THE game".

He said that against Texas, and the o-line controlled him

Channeling his inner Saban...that's what he always used to say, and I'm sure still does. Guess O is trying it out too, may as well.

We all know the truth, it's not just "big for you guys"...it's huge for the program. We know that, they know that and everybody knows that. It's o.k., it's human nature.

Yep. It’s exactly what Saban said yesterday too. It’s the right away to approach it. You focus on you and control what you can control. Don’t listen to the noise.

All the players are saying the same thing so that’s encouraging. The attitude seems to be what it needs to be. Let’s hope it translates to a more favorable outcome.

His mindset is on point. Can't build it up bigger than it is. If we lose, everyone expected it. If we win, it's because Tua was recovering. And, if we win, then follow it up with a loss, because the team drained the tank to get the win, then you may as well have lost to Bama.

Three years we have been waiting for him to have his break out game. It needs to be this week, 2-3 sacks 5-6 hurries maybe an int. fumble forced/recovered something to get our D fired up and our O field position...
