I got a benchmade grizzly creek. Skinned a doe Friday night with it, first one. My dad, who has butchered many a deer fell in love with it. It ain’t cheap. I got it as a Christmas present. Great blade with a gut hook in the handle.

The cheap gut hook from academy to unzip the skin.
Something with the replaceable blades to skin.
Then a dexter boning to finish up.

Havalon Piranta or Havalon Bolt. Super sharp and when it gets dull you just change the blade. Comes with a dozen replacement blades. Makes skinning a deer easy.

+1 on the outdoor swingblade.
I have a Mora, yet to use it on game.

I use a case pocket knife to skin. Then a filet knife to remove meat. I debone while it’s hanging.

I love Raptor Razor. It’s different meaning it’s ergonomically different. I love the knives and the T handle design.
