I haven’t watched in a few seasons but have they gotten rich and then broke again and then on the verge of making hundreds of millions all to squander it on something else?

I enjoyed the first episode, but hopefully they don’t drag the Colin/data collection plot out the entire season.

With privacy and tech companies being a real world issue with the govt as we speak, I have to think this is the end game plot.

I love Gilfoyle and Dinesh getting hauled into HR because their bots discovered each other and crippled the network because of the amount of hate speech they were spewing at each other.
Also, did anyone else notice a change in the visual style, like they made a technical change to how they shoot it? It kind of had that cheap soap opera look.
Or was I just having a stroke?

Didn’t look any different to me. Have you gotten a new tv lately? You might still have that one setting on that makes everything look soapy.

Completely agreed. Still watching to see how it ends like you said. Also because I know this season will still have some fantastic moments due to Mike Judge.
All in all though, I think Silicon Valley would've been better had they wrapped it up a season or 2 earlier. The show has been consistently funny throughout, but the plot has gotten a little too repetitive.
