Even 5 years ago, I would have assumed, too. But you know what they say when you assume?

I assume the 1 juror would be required to take courses in transgenderism as well 5 years from now, but o don't see how you can predict accurately anymore in this clown world of ours.

/\ THIS /\ is the way mankind raised itself out of the tide pools and became a successful specie.

Our culture now obsessed more with nihilism and are about to become swamp creatures again.

I’m curious as to how anything involving custody/domestic issues goes before a jury.

All these matters should be determined by a judge or hearing officer.

Texas Constitution.

Texans love juries.

If I were on the jury they'd never convict you, Snakes should be shot.

So if I live in Austin and decide to divorce my bat shite crazy wife, I’d have to go before my “peers” to see what happens with my kids and property?

They’d take one look at my manliness and be repulsed. I’d lose everything?

There is no such thing as a valid reason for a 7 year old to get transition therapy

Dallas cop who accidentally shoots neighbor after mistakenly entering the wrong apartment and thinking the neighbor was a burglar? String her up!

Dallas man who shoots and kills ex-wife with malice aforethought, because he disagrees with her medical decisions for their child? Let him go!

Welcome to the Poli board.

No.

Texas gives certain decisions to a jury (if requested) and others to the judge. Summary

Doubtful, this is a highly politicized topic. The vote took place in Dallas. If the case were here in Ascension Parish you'd see the vote flipped.

Interesting way to phrase chemical castration...

On 9/11 some people did something too.

No doubt your experience with Texas juries far exceeds my own.

You’re the one calling blatant child abuse a “medical decision”. Just because a 11 people and a quack judge in loony liberal land says otherwise does not make it so.

You are the most ridiculously smarmy and dishonest cuck I know.

Buckley would’ve been railing against this story with a passion you consider beneath you.

Pedophiles are celebrating. If 7 year olds can make decisions like these what else can they decide for themselves?

I suspect that he (like me) would opine that the child is too young for any physical transition AND that he (like me) would disapprove of the father, if he were to kill the ex-wife in vigilante fashion.

I also suspect that he would keep his emotions in check. In a long career, I recall exactly ONE emotional outburst from Buckley, when Gore Vidal called him a Nazi.

Pedos and Progs are the happiest people alive today seeing this story.

That poor child. This type of shite really pisses me off.
