I'd quit for a hell of a lot less than that. If they gave me 50k today to walk I would. I'd take a month off and then go find another job.

Not a damn thing honestly. I'd have another job before the front door closed if I ever had to leave my current company.

If I quit, it would be for another job for more money. So I will go with they would have to pay me less than the new job is offering.

boss can walk in at anytime and say you are layed off.... go collect unemployment..... why would he have to give me money to quit?
