Stumbled upon this Instagram account on reddit(sorry). Jesus, how do you let things get so bad? Is it even possible to fix this shite? Was New York like this when Giuliani took it over and fixed it?

Sorry for not posting any of the pictures, but I'm not sure of the rules exactly; most of the pics wouldn't be OK to post, I would think.

bro, there's homeless populations in every major city. Red/Blue doesn't really matter. If I was homeless I'd move to LA or SD simply so I'd never have to deal with hot or cold temperatures as much

Any city or state that is run by Democrats for the majority if its history will turn out this way.
