Do you say “Team” when addressing emails at work

Office manager usually says friends, which I know everyone must dislike. I think he really thinks it though.

I manage 5 different groups so if it’s an email to all 5 of them I say team

No. Despise the word.
If anything, I use "All" sometimes.
"Good Morning" and "Good Afternoon" work too.
But usually nothing.
