What’s being obstructed? I’m no lawyer but it’s very difficult to obstruct a nonexistent investigation.

I’m not a legal guy but I’d assume once there is a vote and it’s a formal inquiry then these guys get full legal recourse. You could challenge the subpoena or something and have them explain motives.

Apparently, Pompeo is pissed at how quickly this has happened and with no subpoenas from a formal inquiry.
Also, those willing to testify "voluntarily" are not sworn in, but lying has the same penalties...whatever the frick that means.
