Do you know anyone doing "sober October"?

Sober October is when people go the month of October without having one single drink. I have a theory that the only people who do this are alcoholics who want to prove they aren't alcoholics. Thoughts?

I quit drinking for ten days recently.
Not because I have had problematic times, just simply to give my body a break.
