Hot Boudin Cajun Chant

Growing up I was told that it went like this:
Hot Boudin
Cold Couscous
Allons Tigers
Push! Push! Push!
However outside of my family I have never hear anyone chant it with "Allons" (means Go or Lets Go in French)
Anyone grew up knowing the Cajun version? Did it die out? Have we been doing it wrong?

Coush coush. Blows my mind how often this is stated incorrectly.

Allons = Lets Go
per the french to english translation on Google anyway...

When I was at The Ole War Skule in the late 70s and early 80s, it was
Hot Boudin
Cold Cous-Cous
Come on, Tigers!
Push! Push! Push!
It was hilarious to hear the non-Cajun cheerleaders pronounce boudin. Boo-Dan.
LOL, looks like I hurt the feelings of a bunch of "Americains".

Dammit!!!

Couscous is a semolina dish originating in the largely Arabic Maghreb district of northern Africa. Coush Coush is a Cajun breakfast specialty. Ask yourselves which one you think is correct.
ETA: I partially blame David Toms for this shite. Supposed to be this great Tiger fan and he does the cheer on a commercial and says Couscous. Ridiculous.

How is it pronounced?

My Uncle was a cheerleader for LSU in the late 50's...my grandfather came up with that cheer.
LINK
My grandfather spoke cajun french...though I have never heard "allons"...its very possible.

Got any Cajun relatives? Ask them. You don't pronounce the "n".

I suppose so. Don’t really know or care what the official language was for a couple of centuries. I do know that the territory consists of Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Mauritania, and Western Sahara, and is also referred to at times as Greater Arab Maghreb.
ETA: You also left out an important word when you quoted me. I stated largely Arab Maghreb district.

I first heard the cheer as a student in 1960. This version is the best yet!

Right... the only consonants you pronounce at the end of a French word are C, R, F, L. So be ‘careful’ as my French teachers instructed us.

What is "coush coush"? We always had couscous, a grain alternative to rice, with spices and herbs. And sometimes it was served cold with meat or fish.
