I'm pretty much from the Golden Rule school. I'd hope the cashier is happy in her life. It isn't my business to judge further.
Conversations about how happy she is with her wife are pretty high up there on the Walmart classy scale, to be honest. You got lucky.

Absolutely nothing... Didn't read the whole thread, but obviously this cashier was baiting customers into complaining and/or 'going off' for her 'lifestyle'.
Probably either seeking attention for a #'movement' or a lawsuit against Walmart for pain/stress/anguish because she was 'attacked' and discriminated against while 'doing her job'.

The negative things the Bible has to say about homosexuality aren't confined to the Old Testament.
The Old Testament is full of rules about being a Jew that never applied to gentile Christians. A big focus of early Christians was figuring out what rules actually did apply, and the ones about homosexuality do.

In the beginning there was the Word (the law). When the Word was made Flesh, the covenant was made null and void, as evidenced by the temple curtain being torn in two. A new covenant was made that day. So basically, people who like to quote the Old Testament are ignoring the fact that that covenant is no more. It's basically just a history of Christianity's roots, not its current beliefs. They had concubines and slaves and animal sacrifices in the Old Testament, but nobody has a problem letting go of those practices. Jesus himself never said a peep about homosexuality. And Christians follow the teachings of Christ, not his ancestors.
So basically, this has nothing to do with Christ. You just use your "Christianity" as a veil for your own bigotry. Which makes you a sinner, I believe. Lucky for you, we don't stone people anymore.

Nothing. I would have been watching my groceries being rung up and bagged making sure cold things weren't mixed in with room temp items and cleaners weren't put in with food.
The thought of "going off" on the cashier would have never crossed my mind.
