Robert O’Rourke says that AR-15 owners have told him they support his AR-15 confiscation.

He said it on whatever Chuck Todd’s Sunday morning show is called. Says AR-15 owners came up to him at Bucc-ee’s in Katy, TX and said they supported his proposals and that they don’t need their AR-15s.
I call clear BS. If someone owns an AR-15 and doesn’t want it, are they really going to wait for the Government to come get it? They could freely have it destroyed on their own if they think it is so dangerous to everyone.

Beto is lying. I’ve been to that Bucc-ee’s and several other locations and talked with many hunters and AR-15 owners. Not one supports giving up their AR-15 or any other gun.
