Rule #3 for campaigns... when you’re polling so far ahead of your opponent, don’t mention their name. It’s not worth even raising their name ID.

I want to see the debates actually because I want to see how “conservative” these 3 candidates are. I want to see what they would cut to reduce the deficit and see if the media goes after them.

The incumbent President being forced to debate primary opponents is the fastest and more surest way for a democrat to win 2020.
Ford, Carter and Bush 41 were primaried. They all lost reelection handily.
You will see more state GOP parties cancel their primaries now.

And in those Presidents' time primary challenges were probably a bit more "legitimate," or genuine. As opposed to now, with games on top of games on top of games being played. Which is exactly what I believe these guys are trying to do. I'm not seeing any serious or specific issues for which these guys are making any genuine proposal for change. Merely #NeverTrump aint going to get it.
Trump's in the right to deny them the opportunity for game playing.
