Finley is playing against Brother Martin tonight on CST. Brother Martin has pitched a shutout 2 weeks in a row against Byrd and Carver, but Finley should be able to throw on them.

This kid will have a hard time ever playing a down for LSU unless he drastically improves.

I don't think Finley has very good protection, but he looks horrible. BM is a solid (not great) team and they've made him look foolish several times. I expect Finley to find some success but his bad is REALLY BAD and his good is not REALLY GOOD.

Not worried about his speed. It's serviceable for a pocket passer. It's his accuracy and decision making.

BM held Brennan in check, too, several years ago. It truly has a lot to do with the overall talent level. The BM team that played Brennan was alot more talented than this BM team, though. I would still feel more comfortable with an LSU commit if they could show out against the better teams.

Finley and Johnson are two very good QB’s with high upside potential. All of you know nothings need to wait until they get on campus, get high level training, and have a sold OL and WR’s around them - very happy with both kids.

You can't coach a qb's intangible things during pressured game times. After MB the future look unknown and scary with these recruits as the leaders.

Would love to know how many successful college qbs had career completion percentages in Hs in the 40s and only won 5 or 6 games.
