Johnson has played 3 games already, and its frickin impossible to find the hard numbers from all games.

I do know his brother who is a TE with an LSU offer seems like the best player on the team

Neither one of these two will ever take a meaningful snap at LSU. Garrett Nussmeir in 2021, Walker Howard in 2022, and Eli Holstein in 2023 will see to that.

Johnson's numbers were terrible as a junior. I can't imagine he will ever be a college QB if he can't put up decent stats this year as a senior.

i think if we are considering dropping a recruit for another recruit, Max Johnson is that guy.

Idk, if it were that easy to predict great qb play at the next level there wouldn't be so many busts right?

Kedon Slovis threw only 18 TDs and his team went 3-7 his senior year of HS. As a true freshman in his first game against a top 25 team in Stanford he went 28-33 for 377 yards.

I'm not freaking out over HS stats when these guys play on terrible teams.

Max finished the night 12-for-19 with four touchdowns and 214 yards.

I remember this article.

But there are plenty of outliers every single year. shite, Joe Burrow had poor accuracy last year and in a new system look what happened.

I don’t know if Finley and Johnson will be good or not, but if Joe Brady wants them I’m good with it.

Don’t care. Put on the tape. He’s technically advanced for his age and a great athlete to boot. That’s a winning combo

TJ Finley & Maxx Johnson Year Long Stats Compilation Thread

Reading the comments in this thread I know exactly which posters have played the game and which ones have not an iota of a clue what it's like to play the game. There's more ignorant and literally stupid remarks on this thread than any thread I've ever read on here.

And doing this against a high school team proves otherwise how?

OCONEE COUNTY 34, MORGAN COUNTY 6:

At Madison, the Warriors posted their second consecutive lopsided victory and improved to 3-1 for the year in one of many games delayed and shortened Friday night by the weather.

Oconee County scored all of its points on the ground. Darius Norman scored on a pair of long runs, Jimmy Boswell scored on runs of 4 and 40 yards and quarterback Max Johnson tallied on a 55-yard touchdown rush.

It was Oconee County's sixth consecutive victory over Morgan County in the last six years.

Couldn’t find passing stats, only that Johnson had a 55 yard TD run. In last week’s game all four of Max’s TD passes were to his brother.
