OP got kicked out of his group and is using us to get his MBA grade.
Put a 24'x 30' metal building on the back of it, buy a couple of tire machines and hire a mexican to install them.

Grade it, gravel it, put a high fence around it. Lease to gubment or private companies for highway maintenance staging and storage. Put a cell tower or billboard in the corner of the lot.
