Closest would probably be green beans, but I'll eat them every now and then. Not real crazy about beets either, but don't hate them.

I love cooked broccoli, but raw broccoli makes me gag.

Bitter melon is a challenge. Its only benefit is that, if you see it on a menu, you know you're in a restaurant capable of genuine Chinese food.

Just not food that, if it's bitter melon, I ever want to eat again.

I don't eat enough vegetables, but I also don't think there are any that would truly disgust me. I don't know, it must be psychological because even the ones I don't like I could eat.

That's not the case for certain animal products. I also suspect there are some fruits and vegetables outside the US that would make me rethink this

Forgot about raw onions. Anytime I eat something with raw onions in/on it, the onion is all I taste. Love cooked onions though.

I'm not a huge fan of raw tomatoes (I realize they are a fruit, but whatever), but I'll still eat them. And I really enjoy eating them cooked.

Other than that, I can't think of a vegetable that I don't like, and I'll eat them all.

sweet potatoes, beets, and pumpkins, and grapefruit. There is something in grapefruit than can trigger a health condition (found this out recently) so I think that is a natural thing that my body just adapted to.

However, when infused with beer all 4 can have some unique delicious flavors.
