Clay Travis can be exhausting with his constant self-fellating but on the issues of political correctness, double standards, hypocrisy, and the overall perpetually aggrieved culture, he is spot on. Love listening to him.

He should have said Hispanics eating chicken. There was no point in bringing whites or other blacks into it.

It’s just normal poor southern food.
The only reason it was associated with blacks is because they brought it north with them during the great migration, to those Yankee cities.
They’ve been culturally appropriating fried chicken (scots-Irish) for years.
