No. He’s saying if a white man talked with a black accent while eating fried chicken, they would be called racist. Which is no different than LeBaby talking with a Mexican accent while eating tacos.

First, Mexican isn't a race.
Second, tacos and Mexico are far more connected than black people and chicken.
