A great example of what or our "everyone goes to college" has done for us

It says Minimum salary... Max Salary could be 350K...

When has a salary been based on an hourly scale?

Just wait until they jack up the minimum wage.

Tell us more about the job posting. What is it?
Posted on 7/25/19 at 7:39 am to DarthRebel
A lot of employer's with these postings have unrealistic expectations. I've seen people require a CPA license for bookkeeping jobs that pay $15/hr. Makes me wonder about the legitimacy of the job.

This is why you do your research before going to grad school. Don’t chase a masters degree without a job in mind

So by that little part you could have a regular degree and make more than 15.

I prefer to hire people with a Master's degree for $12 an hour, but that's not what they're actually worth.

This is the verbiage that gets me:
Think the BWW CEO knows that they’re accepting apps for his/her job?

That looks like a BS job posting. Saw it on the book of faces yesterday. I would like to see the whole listing because the snippet tells me nothing.
For the record, my MBA was a great investment. So what type of Masters plays into it as well.

My favorite is the small business is BFE with an entry level posting for someone with 5+ years of very specific experience
Good luck with that

Them fries better be perfect. Not cold, not over cooked or soggy.

The job title should be more informative than the salary as to whether grad school is worth it.
Try paying a licensed engineer with a masters $15/hr and see how quickly the laughter comes out.

Don't bash geography. GIS is a highly technical field of study.
