I ate so many cheese burgers, steaks and fries, they had to cut my chest open and give me a CABG.

Racing motocross back in the day. Hit a big jump wrong and went over the bars. Landed around 70ft from the face of the jump on my head and shoulder with the bike on top of me.
Concussion, broken collar bone, dislocated shoulder, torn labrum, broken ribs, collapsed lung, 2nd degree burns on my back. Spent the next 3 days in the hospital.
Had another incident wakeboarding where I landed a little twisted and off axis. I immediately felt my knee pop and what I can only describe as feeling like an electrical shock blowing out the bottom of my heel. Hurt like hell, I immediately knew something was wrong and dropped the handle and kicked the board off as fast as I could before the pain set in. It took 2 days to get into the Dr and my knee was swollen pretty bad.
Turned out to be a contusion to the joint, bruised femur, and a functional tear to the ACL. I got lucky, just a touch more and my knee would have been trashed. No surgery needed, just some rehab and I was good to go.
That pretty well killed wakeboarding for me, I didn't get on a board again for a year and never tried another trick.

Football injury. A guy fell on my leg while it was planted. Tore my ACL, LCL, and hamstring tendon.
Immediately after it happened, my coach kept telling me, “Just relax, and it’ll feel better!” I wanted to punch him in the face.
And the trainers kept saying, “That’s good that he’s in so much pain! It means nothing’s torn!”

The crohn’s is ravaging my intestines pretty well. A good 10 minutes on the throne usually resolves this though.
The disc herniation was by the most painful. Not being able to hardly walk or move sucks. Guess I should have called Gordon or Bart.

Shot abdomen.
A few later shot leg once.
Broke hand in fight
Broke nose 4 times
Broke ribs
Accident have plate behind ear in head
Cancer
Bone marrow transplant
Thing hurts most is lumbar puncture when they get around the nerves. Don’t like that.
Head wound bled a lot surprisingly not painful.

Was clearing brush with a Woodmans Tool and it ricocheted off a small sapling and chopped my left patella tendon in half.
Had to have surgery obviously and it took 2 years just about to get back to normal. Still haven't gained all the muscle back from atrophy.

Gashed my finger to the bone on a beer can while slam dunking one in a floating bobber cooler. I've got permanent nerve damage in one of my fingers now.

Middle school basketball. Went up for a layup and some lil dick head from St. George undercut me. Broke my arm. Had only been healed for about 2 months from when I broke during football season
My son just finished 5 yrs of playing them little cocksuckers in sports. frick St George and their snotty frickin kids and parents.
As for injuries. I did what Nick Fitzgerald did. Running with the ball in a rugby match. Snapper doodles. Looked down and foot was rotated about 100 degrees clockwise.

Jet ski accident when I was a kid. Rubber handlebar punched a hole in the inside of my thigh. Went in just under three inches. Took a plastic surgeon to repair all of the tissue and blood vessels in my leg and about twelve staples to close it back up.
Honestly, the guy did incredible work. People practically never notice the scar and slight depression unless they know the story and look for it.

Broken jaw...yep...dirt bike.

Ok Mr Bundy.
ETA: Dislocated shoulder multiple times, volleyball. Also tore ACL and MCL playing volleyball and snowboarding. Dislocating shoulder and waiting is the worst pain yet.

A car accident landed me in the hospital for six months. A mack truck hit the left side of my car. I lost my left elbow, my left foot had to be rebuilt had a serious concussion and had plastic surgery on my head. Every day my left arm hurts. I didn't lose the arm, just the elbow. I can't bend my left arm. My foot doesn't bother me except I had cellulitis a couple of times as a result of the injury to my left foot. I don't remember anything about my accident and the doctor said that I never will. The bad thing is that I'm left handed and I can't use my left arm to eat. I underwent numerous tests last month and the doctor said that I may have liver cancer. I feel fine and I'm not going to let that bother me. Everybody has to die sometime so I'm not worried.

Worst injury was a spiral fracture on my shin bone about a decade ago. Ran over a rock on my bicycle as I rounded a corner, the front wheel skidded out, I put my leg down to catch myself, and the pedal popped it like a twig. The x-ray looked like a barber shop pole from the ankle up.
Worst actual pain though was falling face first into a cactus garden when I was 7. Was playing football in our front yard, and stupidly didn't listen to my parents to play in the backyard instead. Having dozens of needles picked out of me one-by-one with tweezers was a unique kind of hell that I still remember vividly.

Working on changing a muffler I got a shard of metal stuck in the white of my eye. I didn't realize for more than 24 hours until it hurt and I noticed the shard protruding and surrounded by a rust ring. Once I saw it I asked my wife to pull out with tweezers. She wouldn't. Went to my PCP and he shook his head and sent me straight to an ophthalmologist. Eye surgeon removed the correct way and informed me that I could have lost the eye had I not taken the proper course of action.

I’ve had some pretty rough shite happen, especially in the Army with explosive concussions, shrapnel wounds in limbs, extreme dehydration, and sleep depravation, but rupturing my Achilles playing basketball was maybe the worst thing that ever happened to my physical health.

It’s a 3 way tie.
Testicular torsion. It grew to the size of a grapefruit.
Removal of drain line from scrotum after removal of testical. Small plastic tube inserted into the scrotum had actually become one with the skin.
Kidney stones....mother lovin’ kidney stones.
I’ve been hit with a tire iron, blown out a knee, dislocated a knee, torn my hamstring, etc, but those three were the worst.

Not really an injury but worst pain was an Intestinal blockage. I was in Iraq, just laid down on my cot to listen to my headphones and the pain just slowly came on in my midsection and intensified so much til the point I couldn't move. It was like my body just locked up, I thought I was gonna fkn die. My guys scooped me up and carried me to the doc -I swear I felt every step- and they gave me meds and laxatives. I spent the next 2-3 days in bed and on the toilet, dropped about 25 pounds. When I finally felt like eating again, I swear I could feel that first bite going through my system from my intestines being so sore. I remember ppl walking by, staring at me in the DFAC. I looked on the verge of death, pale as a damn ghost.
