Multiple openings in my field in New Hampshire. Nearly double my salary here in Louisiana. Spoke to the HR baw today. Undoubtedly better benefits for me and the ball & chain.

She’s from there, so of course she’s all about it and basically begging me to apply. Schools are top notch, so little Braxtyn won’t have to go to private school. Also zero need for flood insurance.

Only problem is that those damn winters are no joke. WWtOTD?

I'd take less to move there in your case

Travel ball sucks though, so no athletic scholarship.

No question. NH consistently ranks as a top state, while louisiana consistently ranks at the bottom. No brainer

In a damn heartbeat. NH has some great places and is close to a lot of awesome places to visit.

The tough winters up north really do suck and seasonal depression is real but you learn to live with it (take beach vacation in the winter) and makes the summers that much more special. Easy decision, do it.

In a heartbeat. Plenty of stuff to do up there, remember you can always leave during the winter and go south if needed. Nothing like a day trip to florida in mid february

How is Braxtyn going to make all-district if it snows too much to travel?
