Trump is playing 2020 just right

Making the Jihad Squad the face of the Democratic Party is brilliant. All they can do and say is “no we are not!“. But, just like fake news repeats things and speaks things into existence (Trump/Russia), the more Trump reiterates that they are the face of the party, the more it becomes believable nationwide to people who do not follow politics closely but end up voting in the election.
Another poster was right in saying that the best thing Trump can do is continue to put a microphone in their faces because they are so stupid.
Also, I like this deflection from other issues the Democrats try to make. It allows Trump to be on offense and control the agenda for the election. Last time, he had to constantly play defense.

Trump calling THEM racist forces them to respond/play defense. Meanwhile, Trump can pivot to talking about his economic accomplishments, or tweet like he did how he and the First Lady are going to that justice’s funeral.
He’s in total control. Trump is running a clinic, and it’s true what another poster said how he has more control of the democrats than Nancy Pelosi.

That's actually what Trump did.
Pelosi and The Squad were in-fighting. Nancy was smart enough to distance herself, then was shutting down any further discussion on the matter.
Trump inserts himself into the discussion, backs Pelosi and calls out the Squad.
Democrats were then in a no win situation.
This didn't happen organically.

It doesn't matter who wins those seats, they'll be Dem until they're redistricted, and maybe ever.
But tying The Squad to the other freshmen Dems will make it exponentially more difficult in 2020 for them to retain the House.

I highly doubt this. I would bet he shocks people with how many he takes of that demographic. I know a lot of women jumping on board now that wouldn't have even thought about it in 2016.
