I didn't read all the replies, but being closer to your age, I want to give you a rare OT treat : an honest response.
You spend a lot of time at work and it's only reasonable to want to make that time go by as fast as possible. That's why you want to be included.
I'm almost 100% sure you aren't being made fun of. In age gap you're talking about, huge things usually happen. Kids, wives, divorces, home buying, but most importantly you change as a person because of those things.
You simply don't have much in common with these guys besides the job.
So maybe they are doing the opposite and being respectful for not including you in conversations where you'd basically be a fence post with nothing to offer.
