This 28 year old Italian better be worth it.

Just don't see it though.

Yeah, I'd say Okafor was in his way more than Kenrich. Wood probably didn't want to be the 5th or 6th big.

Wood's not exactly a sure thing based solely on two weeks of garbage time play.

Someone had to go for us to sign Redick. We're at 15 now.

My guess is they spent summer shopping him, which is why he sat.

5th or 6th big?

Zion, Favors, Okafor, Melli, Hayes.
There's argument he should get more minutes than Melli and Hayes.

I just think this will bites us down the line. An injury to Favors or Okafor and there is no depth.

First bad move Griffin has made. Wood is now what we hope Jaxson Hayes becomes and anything more than that is icing. I would’ve waived Jahlil instead.

Someone else would have to get waived to sign Carter.

Probably talking about Frank or Kenrich

No I don't.
You tell me you do from the 10 minute clips?

He maybe better than Wood I agree, but an injury to Favors or Okafor and Melli ain't playing the 5.

You think a move about Christian Wood has anything to do with anything? Thats a make or break move?

Chill with the dramatics. We are talking about at best the 15th best guy on our roster.

You are an idiot. I hope both Hayes and Wood have a great career but Wood is not Hayes ceiling you dumb fricke. Nor is Wood even developed yet. This roster move barely means anything as of now.

You're forgetting about Small Ball 4 Ingram

Zion/Melli/Ingram
Favors/Okafor/Wood

That's how I'm seeing Wood as the 5th or 6th big. But who knows, maybe he'd have been the 4th big but he thinks he's good enough to be a 3rd big and is just looking for a better opportunity than the team can provide.

you could literally say that for every team that loses their first two centers. Very unlikely and if it would happen it’s not like we can’t sign a guy to a contract. Wood probably wanted more money and stability but we didn’t want to give him that

Truth to me is that although Wood could be a solid role player, we see higher ceilings in our draft picks along with Kenrich and Okafor. We cant develop every single player we get our hands on. Hope the best for him.

I wonder if we're making room for someone. Have we signed JJ yet?
