It seems it’s inevitable: America is going to become 3rd world

We will never be able to get past the activist judges and their injunctions. Any two bit chucklefrick from Reno can simply stop any effort to enforce our immigration law on a whim. We have to explain a long as reason why we care to enforce the law, only to be told “your reason for enforcing the law isn’t good enough.”
So the wife and I are lookin at long term options (like 15 years from now). I work from home mostly, and since that’s becoming more and more common, it seems like it won’t be such an issue. Taxes are an issue; we have some of the lowest rates in the world. We don’t have a problem with learning any European language. The language requirements for getting citizenship and/or residency are surprisingly low in most of these.
Currently we’ve looked at:
Poland - cheaper to live, taxes are a little higher, but overall good. Schools not very good. Crime rate low.
Hungary - same on all counts as Poland, language just harder to learn.
Portugal - same as above, except school prospects much better. Taxes higher. Some concern on 3rd world migrants, but not as much as here.
Chile - expensive to live and high taxes, but very safe, large expat community.
Australia - moat is a plus. Super high taxes, but very nice otherwise. The people are a bit bogan-ish.
The minute an open borders president is elected, we’re out unless Texas leaves, because that’s the beginning of the end. Better to be the first ones out than the last.

If the U.S. falls nowhere will be safe for long.

I immediately went to my meme arsenal for you and below is the best that I could find. Most are sardonic, assholic, frickery-based-frickoffs, but I had this one.
Keep the faith bro and don't dust off the Passports yet.

Dude you’re crazy! Have you been outside the USA? The world is a shithole. Good luck!
My suggestion is quit watching the news.

Check out Panama and Costa Rica.

Question: by definition, what is a third world nation?

It's happening by design. There's a reason why nationalism became a 4-letter word.

There will be a civil war in the US within the next twenty years.

I get to thinking that at times and when I do I just start to binge watch a Netflix show. It makes me feel better.

Polish is Indo-European but I'd argue pronunciation is harder.

I love Lisboa. Porto as well. Outside of those two you're going to want to brush up on your Portuguese. If you opt for vistas on the Bay of Biscay, you'll probably want to learn some Galician too.

It seems you don’t know what inevitable means.

Well it is inevitable that we will one day not be the most powerful country in the world if that helps

Which of those countries has more freedom and is more conservative than the US? Not Australia.
For others, New Zealand won't let you in.

You're an idiot if you think the US will ever be a "third world country" and there actually be anywhere to go. If we ever drop that far (we wont) the entire world will be worse.

I'm staying here and will fight to KAG.

This MUST be stopped - is there no way to establish a Judicial Review process to examine the actual Constitutional reasoning behind such absurdly destructive 'decisions' -- especially when examined in the light of potential personal political BIAS of the 'judge' who makes the ruling.
In a side note - is it possible to reassign the "Chief Justice" position?? Surely that position is not a life time privilege. Keep Roberts on the court if we must - but put a real CONSTITUTIONALIST in the seat of Chief Justice!!!
I think the Chief Justice could institute some judicial guidance or process for highly politicized 'judge shopping' issues that these radical courts implement daily.

You know what they say.....money is the root of all evil. In this case that will manifest itself by way of shadowy international financiers, their benefactors, and the like (think Rothschilds) who have waaay too much to lose with that type of change. They wont stand by and allow that to happen. Theor course of action?? Bodies hit the floor. Key players behind such change but ONLY IF that 3rd world scenario were at the doorstep.
Copyright that....it will be a movie one day.
