Read some of the Navy Times reporting.
Big holes in the case from start to finish. And some serious overreach by the prosecution - including illegally putting tracking “beacons” on emails sent to the defense and media.

If this was a black teenager in a park instead of a Navy Seal, the same people calling for his head would be trying to get him a $51M settlement.

What’s interesting is that the same Texas-based attorney represents both the SO1 who apparently is prepared to offer damning testimony about the medical experiments on the prisoner of war’s body and the sniper who appears to contradict vital aspects of the twin shootings. When contacted by Navy Times, Brian Ferguson — an Air Force Reserve major — declined comment. After the witnesses lawyered up with him, both NCIS and the prosecutors went after Ferguson, attempting to strip him from representing his clients while he tried to hammer out broad immunity deals for them. But the defense motion reveals that prosecutors also contemplated an indictment against Ferguson and failed. “Most frightening is that it seems that the harder Mr. Ferguson pushes to protect his clients and give them a legal and protected avenue to tell the truth, the Government responds with ever increasing threats and personal intimidation and attacks on their attorney,” the motion states. “Through discovery, we learned that prosecutors and NCIS went as far as attempting to put together a criminal case against Mr. Ferguson for obstruction of justice and witness tampering. Luckily for Mr. Ferguson, much of his communications seemed to be memorialized through text messages where he repeatedly urges witnesses to tell the truth and seek the advice of counsel.”

Why do we really care about how our military kills the enemy?
I don't care how we kill enemy combatants in the field at all. The more and the faster the better.
I do want to maintain some moral status in our military that does no permit murdering compliant captives. If they act up in any way or make threats then gun em down.
I do not want to believe that one of our Navy Seals committed murder - and if he did, I will listen carefully to what his mindset was. He will get every benefit of the doubt I can dredge up.
But I will not overlook cold blooded murder in any instance if in fact that is what happened.
I have very little info - I am personally on Gallagher's side at this point, but I am not confident enough to be an advocate for it.

Sorry that everyone who has come in contact with this case that isn't related to or paid by Gallagher all have the same opinion of him.
You keep saying this. Who are the eye witnesses to the stabbing? Who are the eye witnesses to him shooting the girl and the elderly man?

Every one of my responses ENDS your previous assertion. And then you vomit forth in a new direction. Don’t think everybody doesn’t see that. Quit babbling .
The charges were harrowing. We all agree a trial is in order. Most hope for acquittal because they default towards those who live in the shite and actually pay the price. Others want him punished because they can use it to slur America. Others ( me) just want the truth to prevail, whatever it is. Regardless, Most will live peacefully with the jury decision.
Not you. If there is an acquittal, you will unravel in a tsunami of anti-American melts. You have already telegraphed to us that he’s guilty, that anybody who doesn’t think so hates Muslim women and children, supports murder, and that besides being a USMC hard arse, you are also uniquely caring and sensitive. Get over yourself RexTubaJussie.

Once again showing how out of touch with reality you are.
Oh the irony of this post. See if you can figure it out, Rex.

You convicting him of crimes before his trial is over is no different than someone defending him from false claims. We have a justice system that is sorting this out since none of us was there
I don't convict anyone since I am an observer. But I will say this dude is in deep shite with as many witnesses and recordings and other bs that he has against him. Include his team.

Can you name the specific witnesses or are you just relying on vague reporting of the case?

No doubt the libs feast on shite like this. But IF a lot of the testimony and evidence we have heard about actually exists then he will be in trouble. I used to work closely on mission with the SEALs in Iraq, for all I know he was one of them. If he didn't go crazy I hope he gets off free. But it doesn't sound good.

Not putz. Call him what he is. Thief. He knowingly and proudly steals from tax payers.
I hope one day he will change and not be a thief but most gov workers...

You actually can’t. Their identities are all withheld. Guess you haven’t read shite about it. Boom. Roasted.

Some of these idiots on here will do anything to defend a subhuman piece of shite because he’s Murican!
Guy is a piece of shite that deserves the chair for his actions if true and with multiple other witnesses stating the same story.
But again, he’s Murican danmit!

Actually one SEAL was named for his testimony about Gallagher supposedly shooting an old man civilian---Special Warfare Operator 1st Class Dalton Tolbert.

You just rushed in here, like a babbling, mono-syllabic idiot, and proved everything I previously said. And what makes it gold ( Gold Jerry gold ) is that you did it by condescending to the board by portraying people much more intelligent and thoughtful than you as “Murican “ yahoos. Of course you are too doltish to understand that the effect is exactly the opposite of what you had hoped for.
