Just heard on FNC - no evidence of stab wound in neck of ISIS victim in Galagher trial.

Has this been verified?? First I've heard. Can this be possible? WTF is going on here??

Yeah, I don’t know what’s going on if true. Guy accused of killing someone by stabbing them in the neck, and there’s no evidence of a wound? Why are we at this point in the trial of a neck stabbing death?

I've not been following the details of the trial - but my memory says he was accused of stabbing the victim in the neck - could be wrong - but then the FNC report of "no evidence of neck wound" would not seem relevant.
Something ain't right about this whole affair.

They don't have the 15 year olds corpse, do they? That would = no physical evidence of stab wound to neck. Testimony of several people including the medic claiming he suffocated the kid all indicate that Gallagher stabbed him in the neck.. so that by itself is evidence, no?
Btw Gallagher texted a pic of him posing with the kids corpse to another seal and said '...got this one with my knife'

Nobody saw Gallagher pull the trigger on the civilians. They heard the shots and saw them fall. No eyewitness saw him do it.
