House Oversight votes to hold William Barr and Wilbur Ross in contempt

The House Oversight Committee voted Wednesday to hold both Attorney General William Barr and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross in contempt of Congress for not complying with subpoenas for documents related to the Trump administration's controversial decision to add a question on U.S. citizenship to the 2020 census.
The committee passed the resolution by a vote of 24-15. Just one Republican, Rep. Justin Amash of Michigan, joined Democrats in voting yes.

I thought Humpty Dumpty agreed to put contempt vote on hold since Barr was making expanded version of investigation reports available. We know that's likely because the grand juries are complete with respect to those specific investigations....

I am trying to figure out if this is a vote to vote on holding them in contempt or they are held in contempt.
Barr gave them the Mueller report minus grand jury stuff.

Yeah, I guess when they all got the DOJ letter yesterday; they saw they have to paint Barr and Trump as in a bad way. Nadler is the one who said he was getting what he wanted and put off the contempt vote, so black Elmer Fudd was passed the baton.
