Now that an investigation has started, I guess he is going all out to stop the movement we started in Trump!
Not only that:
So now, it really doesn't matter if you break their rules or not... It's all about silencing voices.
His exact words:
And they are going to RATE your video. They do this in google search now.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai defended YouTube’s censorship practices in a recent interview following the latest round of content creator demonetization and bannings caused by leftist outlet Vox.
In an interview with Axios on HBO, Google CEO Sundar Pichai defended YouTube’s censorship following the sites most recent scandal in which a number of creators had their content demonetized following complaints from Vox journalist Carlos Maza. Pichai spoke with transgender Axios reporter Ina Fried, who advocates for further censorship on the platform in the interview. Pichai discusses YouTube’s moderation tactics and plans to introduce more “authoritative sources” and “fact checks” on videos across the platform.
Not only that:

Pichai replied that YouTube plans to crack down on “borderline” content that does not violate the rules of the site but that they find objectionable:

Content which doesn’t exactly violate policies, which need to be removed, but which can still cause harm. And so we are working hard. It’s a hard computer science problem. It’s also a hard societal problem because we need better frameworks around what is hate speech, what’s not, and how do we as a company make those decisions at scale, and get it right without making mistakes.
And they are going to RATE your video. They do this in google search now.

More recently, we have introduced, you know just like today we do this in search. We, you know, we rank content based on quality. And so we are bringing that same notion and approach to YouTube, so that we can rank higher quality stuff better and really prevent borderline content.

the left's war against freedom is chugging full steam ahead

The only reason Crowder wasn't completely banned is because he has 4 million subscribers and Youtube was terrified of the backlash.
Anyone else (as in 99% of people) would have been deplatformed without hesitation by Youtube.

It is so sad that people can’t see what is coming.

Pretty scary. I honestly don't even trust the government to solve this issue the right way either. Its gonna take normal people growing a pair and leaving these platforms. People are monetizing these platforms to take their voice away.

If applied fairly this will literally bankrupt Vox.

Tucker Carlson should publically call for the deplatforming of Vox from YouTube for hate speech. See how fair they are.

No one could conceive of the end of Blockbuster. And then they didn’t exist. And Redbox was this innovative service. That is headed to the dustbin.

Maybe. I'd argue YouTube is the best website in the history of the internet. Its gonna be hard to topple.

I'm glad Pregnant Elsa and Spider-Man still meet their rigorous criteria for not promoting hate speech.

What you just read was socialist totalitarian. That it was coming from possibly the most powerful CEO in the world is difficult to believe, but that's where we are in 2019. Guess they are going to force a culture war prior to the 2020 election.
According to you guys, we should all just sit back and let the "invisible hand" save us, no?
The cognitive dissonance must be astounding--"are the benevolent corporations we love so much going to take out our dictator?"

It's almost like the free market leads to authoritarianism via a bunch of companies which have an ethical imperative to only their shareholders. I'd love to hear old Miltons take now.
fricking morons
