Californias a also has a huge unfounded liability problem with pensions. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 400 billion.

What about Forbe's?
Cali has over 1.3 Trillion (with a T) in debt and the "profit" they show in their annual budget is just against operating expenses, not pensions and other annual debt forms that should be accounted for.
