Best 4 man scramble score you've seen or been apart of.

Saw a -19 today. There were probably 4-5 legit eagle opportunities on the course today.

19 under at the old Toro Hill/Emerald Hills not far from Hornbeck or Florien. District Attorney fund raiser for Anacoco High School scholarship fund. 28 front, 25 back. And had two mulligans left over. Two mulligans apiece. Had a senior who was actually good hitting from the up tees, which really helped on the short par 5's. Par 72. Chipped in for eagle on number 16 from 60 yds out. Needed every shot second place was 18 under.

I've been a part of a -14 and a -12. Both times we had a woman that could bomb it on our team.
I've seen a -21.

I've seen a -21.

The Fred’s tournament always has some interesting scores.

Played in one where one team turned in a 48.
Best team I’ve been a part of turned in a honest 56 and never stood a chance. The best teams usually wait to see what people are turning in before attempting to fill out the scorecard.
Golf scrambles and bass tournament set the bench mark for cheaters pushing it to the brink.

2 man or 3 man scrambles are the only fun ones if you care about honest golf.
Otherwise, as long as there is good food, unlimited booze, and nice diddy bag, you can have a fun time.

Witnessed, but not a part.
Was sponsoring/cooking out at Gus Wortham. There a was a group of old guys that were all part of the UH golf team back in the 70's.
The old guys came in with a -21 score and tied a group of young boys that challenged the old men to a 9 hole playoff for 200 a man. After the second hole the young boys conceded, paid the old dudes the money and hauled arse.

I think 13 or 14 under
Usually tear up the front and then everyone gets shitfaced because we have more honor than to turn in a scorecard with 50 on it

When working at a golf course, I saw some outrageously low scores from people who had no business going that low.
The best one I've seen that was truly legit was the Southeastern Golf Coach and a couple of his better players posted a score in the low 50s. Course you play everyday with college golfers, and they actually still got beat that day. It's truly tough to go too low into the 50s, unless you have an easy course setup or 4 really good golfers.

I've been in a -16, but we were playing with dots.

Never put money on the table against a bunch of old timers...esp at an old timer course like Gus Wortham.

Shot 54 a couple times, and I think a 53 once. I’m friends with some very good golfers

Part of a -18 once. Best part was we had about a 30 footer on the last green for birdie. Our last guy sunk it and we ran around like we just won the Ryder Cup.

We shot -19 on the old LSU on campus golf course in a 5 man (I know, you said 4 man) scramble in the L Club tournament and finished in 5th place. No handicap limitations. We thought we had won by a couple of strokes. Didn't even finish in the prize money.

Shot a legit 16 under and still lost by 5
Posted on 6/5/19 at 9:39 pm to WacoTiger
How in the world did you think 19 under would win in a five man at LSU
Posted on 6/5/19 at 9:47 pm to CoachChappy
They set up the course so short. It’s literally 40-60 yards in on every par 4 if you hit a good drive.

-41.
Of course, I was on a team with Fatboy and Dennis Rodman.
