not because I'm Mexican because im not but because this is such an oweo type post, start a thread to get attention and have something to be in the middle of...
Since you seem to pay so much attention to the news , you do understand that Mexico is not a safe place for working class people to live and raise a family. The rich live in seperate enclaves, that the drug cartels, for the most part, leave alone because they live there as well.
Others work for the gangs either directly or indirectly.
The vast majority suffer under an ineffective at best Government, ( which truthfully is corrupt) Military and Police are in the pockets of the Cartels.
A good father who wants to see his kids safe has few options even if he can resist the cartels he knows as the years progress its less and less likely for his kids to have the same options.
So they find another way somewhere else, they come here and work their arse off provide labor and services most AMERCANS are too lazy to do.
Are there gangs here, yes, are some bad people here along with the good yes. But most are decent hard working, family oriented people of faith who just to live in peace.
and just because you can find someone to blame for you own failures wont change the fact you are a failure

I get where you're coming from, but I'd love to do menial labor all day.
I'm tired of having to think, having to be responsible for people and things, having to deal with useless (often female) business school wannabe types, etc. But manual labor just doesn't pay what my job does. It's not a matter of laziness, at all.

See, you’re making this thread something it’s not. You’re assuming that I’ve got a problem with non-white people. Furthermore, I’m not talking strictly about Mexicans. I’ve got a problem with illegal aliens who come here and game the system and don’t actually add anything of value to this nation. All while still flying their original country’s flag while wanting all the benefits that this nation grants to its citizens.
Americans are not too lazy to work manual labor jobs and that’s such a fricking tired and wrong argument. Furthermore, Americans aren’t too lazy to work those jobs, they’re too expensive. You pay somebody $75,000 to shovel shite and I guarantee you that there’d be a line of American citizens waiting to get hired.

I agree the border needs to be more protected, we need to know who is here and why.
But also realize our economy needs cheap replaceable labor.
the immigrants from the south serve that need and even though plenty of politicians will talk a good game nothing of consequence will be done.Meanwhile we're distracted from the things that could be done

well in order to activate our self defense systems we must first press 1 for english
but i dont think they would do anything but sit back and watch the show. as long as they get their government checks, government EBT cards, and government paid housing, they arent going to do anything that requires they get off the everything is free ride

Honestly I don’t know. But many of them have served in the military and the rest have completed college here and are productive citizens. I highly doubt they’d be willing to jeopardize that in any way.

You may be joking. But there is idea floating around that we should just back a new regime in Mexico, take out the current leadership and put someone in who is will curb some of the immigration.
