Is Eric Trump some great job creator? If someone gave me $50 million I am pretty sure I can create a few jobs with zero effort. And grafting from a charity isn't especially noble.

de Blasio can't only be getting push back from just Eric Trump? That insane NYC Green New Deal only targets buildings above 25,000 SF but there are a lot of buildings in NYC that are above 25,000 SF that need to be retrofitted. There has to be a lot of push back from a lot of property owners, right?
