Look I think Mainieri is washed up and his best years are behind him. I don’t think he’ll coach another dominant team at LSU. The margin of defeat the last four games has been embarrassing. Losing to some of the instate schools we have....embarrassing.
That being said, Arkansas is very very good. They’re a top 5 team in the country and very good at home. In a vacuum winning 1 there isn’t a bad weekend, especially without your ace. The problem is losing 2 to ole miss at home, losing 2 to Mizzou, not sweeping Bama, not sweeping Florida at home. Losing the midweek games so there’s no SEC margin for error.

Well winning the series wasnt an option today but there was a game to be played against the 4th ranked team in the country. And it was a game LSU really needed to win so yeah I'm pretty glad they won today
