Few teams win every series. But avoiding getting swept when you do lose a series is critical in the overall body of work. LSU lost 4 SEC series. None by sweep which has them at 15-12. By your logic since winning 1 game in a series means nothing since you didnt win the series had LSU done that they would be at 11-16 right now and out of the NCAA tourney altogether. Instead they are in with still a chance to host. See the difference those games make?

Most of y’all said we couldn’t win one game this weekend. This isn’t really a consolation prize or moral victory or anything like that. It still sucks.
