Not much. Plant Baw earns more but works shift. Plant Baws Daddy likely worked at same plant.

Actually plant baws wear FRC’s with their names stitched on them with cute patches of the name of the plant on them while us construction baws buy our shite at Academy. Construction baws also travel from plant to plant if we so chose to work inside the fence so Jodie comes and visits our houses more often.

My point is more I wouldn’t call a contractor a trade school educated person. The craft, yes, are most likely trade school. The staff is a lot more college educated or worked up from craft

We’re talking craft baws, not white hats. I was once a white hat myself in my former life. I was also a contractor baw before earning that white hat. I sang and pulled wire at Williams after the burnout.
