Hotel chains with decent breakfasts

I'm on the road a lot, and it aggravates the shite out of me to have to eat powdered eggs for breakfast in the morning. My mornings are the most important part of the day (I even bring my own shower head from home), and it just makes it bad to have to come down and eat salty, powdered eggs. The sausage and potatoes are hit or miss, and I don't feel like eating cereal and oatmeal every day.
I'm usually not in major cities, so I have a limited selection. Holiday Inn, Fairfield, Hampton, Springhill, etc. Are there any hotels that consistently make decent eggs?

At a Hampton currently, and stayed in one three weeks ago. Only difference here is that this place has real sausage and good potatoes. Eggs are powdered, and heated up in the microwave

Most Hilton Garden Inns have a hot breakfast w/ real eggs and it is free if you are a Hilton Honors member AND do not take the extra points. Otherwise it is probably ~ $12.
There is usually a waitress or waiter and most people leave them a tip.

Agree that the Hilton Garden Inn breakfasts, while not gourmet by a long shot, are definitely better than Hampton.

Just go to a Waffle House for your breakfast if you want real eggs. I've never found those free breakfast buffets worth the time if you want something decent.

another vote for Hilton Garden Inn. Just stayed in Houston over the weekend, and breakfast was good considering we didn't have to leave hotel.

I've stayed at the one by the airport. Hotel was garbage, but they had someone making eggs however you want (or you could order from the menu)

I stay at choice Prividgles and 99% of them suck, I usually just eat a yogurt and a piece of fruit.
The choice Prividgles hotel unit in Leesville is the only one I’m aware that uses real eggs or a variation of eggs.

I had no idea that this was a thing.

Embassy Suites or Hyatt Place

Embassy suites in Miami used to be the shite for breakfast and happy hour.

Best westerns have good breakfast with real eggs. Usually I’m in Holliday Inn Express with shitty eggs but they have good cinnamon rolls

Yup, just got back home from H-town for the week. Shitty low-flow shower head was abysmal on the fourth floor. I hooked mine up, and it was much better. I just got a plastic Speakman on Amazon, and pulled the restrictor out of it. Takes all of 30 seconds to swap a shower head. It's a pro tip for you guys that regularly stay in a hotel for longer than a few days.
I also bring or buy my own TP. That's another pro tip. Your butt will thank you the day after you go out to eat curry with your Indian clients
