Smoking leg quarters and Double D sausage, my wife and mom will be doing potato salad, baked beans and a few other things that are yet to be determined.

Baking a ham, crock pot scalloped potatoes, garlic green beans, mac and cheese, green bean casserole, cornbread dressing, onion gravy, yeast rolls and coconut cream pie cupcakes. And the customary dyed Easter egg deviled eggs.

Boneless leg of lamb with a chimichurri, Peruvian potato salad, snap pea salad with yogurt-mint sauce, and deviled eggs.

The wife loves spiral sliced/honey baked ham and I'll have sweet potatoes and fresh out the garden Swiss Chard cooked down like spinach to go with it.

Have the whole fam damily coming to my house. Smoking a brisket, pork butt, 6 slabs of baby backs and some homemade boudin/sausage. Beans and bleu cheese slaw. That dirty rice sounds good too. I may add that to my list.
