Checking in on the visa train. I owe Dabigfella bigly. The gains have offset my loses with COP nicely.

Unfortunately no
Freaking COP and their healthy dividend......

Stuff like this makes me concerned as well and pondering selling V. What if Google gets into the game and charges a fraction of the fees that V does? Visas merchant fees seem high but I don't know shite about what it takes to operate a credit card co and deal with technical details/fraud ect.

Everybody will hate me if that stock doesn’t pan out.

When I found it I had 20k shares and it went from 40 cents to 4 dollars.....??

Then oil collapsed

Then a trade war.

Good times

Right, from what I read Apple Card will have no fees and low interest. The article said it was backed by Mastercard so not sure how that will work. I will wait to make a decision until more details come out. I would imagine that Visa would make necessary changes to compete, but no doubt this will take some business from them.

I've been looking for a slight pullback to add to my position, but this guy just slowly but surely keeps going up

Any of ya'll see this stock doing a split anytime maybe in the next year? This has been one of my best stocks for sure.

still haven't purchased more . I'm up about 70% but I want to buy more just can't find a good entry. I'll probably just pull the trigger soon since it's for a very long term hold

I mean over the course of the nearly 12 years since it’s gone public, it has a Beta of 0.81 and Alpha of 15.71%, using S&P 500 as the benchmark.

That seems like the type of stock where you don’t wait for “entry points” because otherwise you might never find one and you’re going to miss out on a lot of gains.
