"Emmert said the NCAA is working in conjunction with the FBI on the investigations. The FBI hasn't "dumped all their files" at the NCAA office in Indianapolis yet, he said."

YahooSports has given the most damning quotes on WW that they have. You can bet on that.

I am not worried about the FBI "dumping" tapes to the NCAA. If that happens, its gonna be several blue bloods that are gonna be implicated.

If the FBI is going to hand everything over, why did the NCAA file the motion referenced in the article below attempting to get inadmissible evidence from the first trial.

LINK

By the way this motion was filed at the end of February 2019, not 4 months ago like the article you've referenced.

Nothing gives the NCAA the right to any information gathered by the FBI not used in the trial.

Just today we have had multiple poster saying the FBI would never turn over files to the NCAA. So apparently tRant is actually a German territory.

Yeah. The FBI will not hand over wiretap recordings of 3rd parties not used at trial to a private party.

I would like to get copies of all the evidence uncovered during the Muller probe or the Clinton investigation, guess what, they're not giving it to me.

The article Irish has linked is 4 months old and includes a quote from Emmert, it's doesn't include any statement from the FBI that they'll be handing over evidence.

Also, since that article in December, the NCAA filed a motion asking the court to give the NCAA access to inadmissible evidence. Why would the NCAA do this if they thought the FBI was going to hand over everything?

Nope they sure didn't. What they did do was let one coach and one school get leaked. And we know who that is and what that has done!

Not sure that was the FBI. Most believe it was the defense.

Hey Irish, you going to weigh in on this article LINK or keep repeating the article from December that includes Emmert's "wishes". Just curious as to whether you care to address facts?

ETA. you are correct it is Dawkins defense team that is selectively releasing cherry picked portions of transcripts to further their narrative. Meaning the only evidence is coming from a criminal defense lawyer with an agenda.

What facts? The NCAA is "legally" requesting the info.

No, just an aspect of this story that some wish to ignore (those who think the FBI will never share their info with the NCAA).

They’re never going to dump their entire case file on the NCAA’s desk. They’ll share what they’re legally authorized to share, end of story

I'm not ignoring anything. There's more than one aspect of this story that people conveniently forget. Joe Alleva is just as guilty of wrongdoing, if indeed Wade really is. Dawkins' relationship was not with Javonte Smart, but with Brandon Sampson, a Johnny Jones player.

You keep referring to an article that you believe suggest that the FBI will handover its entire evidence file to the NCAA. The fact that the NCAA had to file a motion with the court, tends to show that the FBI is not intending to handover its entire evidence file. How do you reconcile these two things?
