Do you think Alleva is aware he is not well liked at his place of employment?

I get that he is making a pretty penny, but at what point does the relationship with the fanbase get so caustic that he decides to head to different pastures?

It's never good for body and soul to be at a job where you are severely disliked.

What different pastures?

Retirement?

Because he has no chance at a better job than LSU

Every sport is doing well. Alleva isn’t as disliked as this microcosm would suggest.

Every sport is doing well financially. We aren’t winning national championships.

Because of football and basketball TV deals.

Every SEC school is doing very well

I'm still trying to figure out why we hired the guy, honestly.

Honestly outside of Vanderbilt, is there a worse AD at an SEC school right now. Be honest

He seemed pretty surprised at the basketball game when he was booed heavily

Are you kidding me? The guy was literally booed into hiding and unable to participate in the celebration of the first sec basketball championship and biggest home game in a decade

This sentiment ain’t a microcosm bud

Lol, he was boo’d into hiding at the Pmac the night our b-ball team celebrated a conference championship. Also, one of our biggest, most influential donors published a piece about him an FKA needing to go. Lipsey doesn’t let that get out without backing from others on his level.

Alleva might be tolerable with close supervision from a capable president and board, neither of which we have. Just replacing Alleva won't begin to solve our issues. The same circle jerk will be hiring the new guy. Why would Scott Woodward or someone of his caliber want to come to this environment?

Alleva has no idea that he has no idea.

As a bonus...Alleva has a VERY punchable face. It would be an extreme pleasure to rearrange his cranium and remove all of his teeth via a haymaker.

I can’t remember the last time I hit the downvote so fast.

Pretty sure there are other capable options for this.

LSU is still losing donor money they could have if not for AD.
