Looking for something as thin/low profile as possible.

Picked up a mission first tactical a couple months ago for my Glock. Ambidextrous thin kydex type material iwb/owb. So far no complaints. They have them for the sheid I got mine at academy.

Silk Custom Kydex. He's out of Walker. Carry a shield 2.0 in his ulticlip rig and I carry it appendix. I got an ulticlip because it clips to fabric rather than a belt. I carry in athletic shorts 90% of the time so I needed something that was effective without a belt. 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Agree. Some form of Kydex is going to be the best bet for being thin and light.

This one has worked well for me.
A bit bulky, yes, but the ladies love it.

I like PJ Holsters for IWB.

Although I don't own a Shield, I've carried a number of similar sized guns w/ IWB holsters. I'll admit that I prefer leather over Kydex. A small gun like the Shield can be carried in a holster using only a single clip; if the clip is offset from the frame of the gun, that will will make the entire package a little thinner. Here are two sample holsters. On the left is a Kahr CW45 carried in a "Tuck Clip" holster from Side Guard Holsters. . On the right is a Kimber Micro 9 carried in a Kydex "Slim-Tuk" by DeSantis. For me, I find the "Tuck Clip" to be more comfortable. I also prefer the holster to have a 10-15 degree cant. The DeSantis holster is adjustable for cant, but changing the angle to have a cant causes the holster to interfere w/ the fingers of the hand during the draw.

Anybody find IWB holsters somewhat restricting when drawing the gun?

Check out Vedder Holsters. Slim, low profile kydex. Has been extremely comfortable and durable.

Any of y'all ever heard of We The People holsters?

Another vote for Vedder. Impressed with the one I got for my 365.

I just ordered one during a President's Day sale. I've never used one before but the price was good and reviews seemed positive.
