Is that supposed to be a lot of money? I guess if you grow up poor it looks like it is.

Yeah that's like $1500

Notice how he's hiding all the $20s which are over half of the stack.

They are like what hair metal was in the 80s.

Excess and loud image.

Justin bieber has more money than them, so I guess hes better.

Good rap music

"Read the signs no feeding the baboons, seeing as they have your back bleeding from the stab wounds."

I like clever songs with meaning or a message. Doesn't have to be deep. But for frick's sake show some talent.

The shite now seems basic af for the sake of being basic af.

I could pull out some of my savings account and flaunt just like them. I am sure they don't have such.

Denzel Curry and A Boogie are two of the only “new rappers” alive with discernible talent.

I still can’t believe a decent number of blogs thought Lil Pump was going to be Harvard’s commencement speaker.

I would like to see these guys posing with a deed to a 10,000 acre ranch. That would impress me more than holding up a few thousand in cash.

Most rap nowadays is either emo (Uzi Vert, Juice Wrld, Xxtenciawhatever, 6lack) or fake gangsta shite(NBA youngboy, 69rainbowhairedguy etc.) Common thing between them is most will probably be dead by age 25, the first group due to overdose and latter due to getting shot. Denzel Curry and J Cole are pretty good though.

I've hated rap since my youth. Don't know what to tell you.

I don't like them because they can't flow for shite. They are monotone and they don't change their inflections or use any verbal rhyming schemes. No assonance, no internal rhymes, nothing.

They are talentless hacks that are not good at the art of actually rapping. Sure they may make a lot of money and be popular but that's all production and PR.

If you're interested, here's some examples of some artists who have flow.

Big Pun
Treach from Naughty by Nature
Big L
Anything from Bone Thugs and Harmony
This may surprise some, Ice Cube
R.A. the Rugged Man
G Watsky
Pharaoh Monch
Inspectah Deck
Percee P
Immortal Technique
