What I mean is that Davis and/or Rich Paul could get a major fine depending on how he answers questions.
If he does something stupid and trashes his teammates or the team, that’s grounds for Conduct Detrimental to the Team which is a one way ticket home and no paycheck.

I don't think being critical of teammates (which I doubt he will do) or ownership can merit a suspension for conduct detrimental to the team. That is usually reserved when guys fight other players or coaches or refuse to show up to practices. NBPA gets involved if you suspend him for speaking critically on a TV show.

Doubt it. No one wants to stand up against him and Klutch. If ever there was a pretty clear cut case for a fine/suspension, it would have been based on him leaving the arena without permission from the team. Yet, Gayle sits back and let's him do what he wants. He claims he is injured during the ASG only playing 5 minutes, but we do not use that to our advantage to sit him to rest the shoulder. I cannot see either of those being an issue with the NBPA or Commissioner.

Sorry Gentry has to be in the middle of this. Not enough to keep him as coach next year but this is a fricked up situation and AD is either directly making it worse or enabling the people who are doing so.

AD realized he fricked the situation and his rep up so bad he thinks he is doing the right thing wanting to play.
agent telling him what TigerinATL said, play poker and let the org make you sit, it will shift the dymamics and blame.
