Unlawful posting of criminal activity sounds like a dangerous law. There are a lot of people who could be arrested under this law. She must have pissed off the wrong people for her to be arrested and have no bail set.
She couldn't have been the only person who recorded the fight.. If there were a number of HS students around I would imagine they all had their phones out recording it.
If I were an attorney, I would look into this more and if she is just getting strong armed by some local fricks with some "power" I'd rep her for free.

Like I said it was shared by a lot of people on Facebook. Most of the comments were completely ignorant, etc. I’m sure it blew up too much so they called the police on her since the kids are minors.
Her son took the video I think.

Radio (KPEL) today said that she found the video on her sons phone and reportedly he wasn’t involved in the actual fight.

Someone stupidly calling the cops on her social media post didnt have to equate to the police ignoring the key part of the law and actually arresting her and also holding her in jail over night.
I think her husband that has an anoxic brain injury had several run ins with the police (or at least someone with same name and area that looks fairly close), and I wonder if this didn’t cause someone to get over zealous with this post and ignore the actual law.

So arrested cause she posted a recording of a fight she didnt recorded, so she couldnt have stopped the incident. Huh interesting...

She’s not out of the trash woods yet baw. That’s a high school. If the video is from her son's phone then she’s 32 with either a 15, 16, 17 or 18yr old.
