I have a first cousin, now retired, Postal Inspector of forty years.
Postal Inspectors are sort of a hidden gem of our government but, unfortunately, Obama tried to weaponize them and, in doing so, a lot of the good ones left the service under his administration.
They’re as good as the FBI Forensics teams and inspectors at what they do ... probably better. They’re gun totin’ law enforcement officers.

So the guy is going to have a case against him by the FBI for the letter and another case by at least Chicago for planning his own beating. Jussie seems to be knee fricking deep in trouble.

Or maybe his phone was set to automatically join the wifi network and his device is in the log file. That would place his phone inside the post office during the time the package was handed off for delivery.
