Oilfield Baws - Have you ever seen anyone cry on the rig?

If so. What happened next?
Also how was your first time spinning chain on the rig. Did you practice in your back yard prior to working on the rig? Are the baws that can't spin chain looked down upon by their elite tier chain spinning baws?

I saw one many years ago cry after he was thrown in a border patrol vehicle that appeared from nowhere.

I don't think I ever saw anyone cry......not even the guy who pulled all the meat off his finger and left nothing but a bone sicking out.
You wont find a spinning chain on any decent rig these days.
I'm long gone from the oilfield, only did it to get thru college. But i could throw the frick out of a chain.

Ain't nothing else to do but frick, fight and trip pipe out in West TX, Baw.
They have some bad injuries out there, but the only time I saw a man cry was when they buried his daddy 4 states away 10 days into his 21 day shift.

I work frac...but I've had a new hire ask when lunch hour was and what kind of food is served.
Needless to say, he didn't eat that day.
Surprisingly, he's still with us.

Hopefully NY baws will have to figure it out so that they can balance their budget.

There’s no crying in oilfield
And I’ve never spun chain, but I made up my share of production tubing with strap wrenches back in the day
