NOLA Lyft Driver Accused of Rape

He's either the dumbest rapist alive or something is fishy. I can't conceive of how he thought he'd get away with this unless he thought she was just too drunk.

I refuse to believe any criminal would be this stupid, but I guess it wouldn't be the most surprising thing in the world either. This is why you have a cheap dashcam if you drive for Uber/Lyft.

If she lives "a mile from the bywater" you assume its on the new orleans side of the river.

If she called a Lyft then her phone was working to call/report that he was taking her somewhere besides her destination

So why wouldn't she call the police once she got home? Why did she have to sleep on it before figuring out she got raped? We've heard stories time and time again of women making shite up. But sounds like she went into his apartment willingly, or does the woman say that she was forced in?
Also I hate how females will say that they were 'drunk' when the 'rapings' happened as if that is enough reason to not give consent. What if all the drunk guys called out rape on the ugly arse women that they slept with because they regretted it in the morning? That shite would never fly. Maybe women will get equality one day that they desperately seek.
