Gotcha.

Y'all don't alternate days of the week that you have them? My neighbor has 50/50 and he has them every other weekend and they rotate different days of the week.

Exercise doesn’t have to be isolated weight lifting. You should try getting into something athletic that involves a group. Running, yoga, or even intramural softball/kickball.

There’s no reason why someone who has half the week free shouldn’t be able to meet someone and form a relationship. You sure you’re okay?

Depression isn’t always a strong feeling of sadness. You can go numb and apathetic with it rather easily.

I'm not. But this is the OT so why not? Plus Chicken's revenue was down last year... trying to help bring those numbers up in a small way.

Church groups my friend

I was very involved with our church. Did volunteer stuff regularly, bible study groups, played music in the worship band etc. When my ex left, I was told I couldn't do the volunteer/worship stuff "for a while". After a few years of attending the same study group, the location changed and no one thought to tell me. I got the signal.

Grab a room on Bluebonnet. Show up at the Cadillac Cafe' about 11pm. Use a fake name. Have sexuals. Give fake digits. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Nothing like a hooker to break a slump. It will get you back into fricking shape also.

I'm pushing for this once both of them are in school.

Dealt with depression and anxiety since I was around 12 so I'm very familiar with the symptoms. I'm in a better place mentally than I've been in a long time, maybe since childhood.

Numbness is awful.

As others have said, maybe some co-ed sports. How old are you?

Man that sucks.

I am happily married, but if I wasn't happily married I feel like it wouldn't take much time to get laid.

if you have the cash try a higher end dating service, not tinder. They require less memes, and game, and more reality.

You can always pay for it. Maybe that can help you get back into the swing of things.

When my now ex-wife and I split up, the drought lasted almost that long. Stay strong, bro. It gets better.

31. Thanks for the advice. I'll look into some leagues around the area. I'll have to temper my competitive nature, multiple leg injuries prevent me from sudden movements off of one leg. Hard not to react in the moment, though.
